DOLLY ELLA BRAMMER April 26, 1928-Aug. 12, 2005 Dolly Ella Brammer, age 77, passed away Friday, August 12, 2005. She was born in Wayne County, Ky., the daughter of John C. Brammer and Lurty Tuggle Brammer who preceded her in death. She was a teacher at Parmley School and Sandy Valley. She was a pastor at Methodist and United Methodist Churches. She served as ³housemother² at The Kentucky United Methodist Childrenıs Home. She worked as a secretary for Evangelist Ford Philpot. She finished her career as a recorder for the State of Kentucky working in Vital Statistics and Child Support Enforcement Offices. She served at the Senior Citizenıs Center and also worked as an election officer in voting facilities. She was a member of the Bethesda United Methodist Church. She was the newsletter editor for the Lake Cumberland Area Emmanus Community. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to: The Kentucky United Methodist Homes For Children & Youth, P.O.
