KERMIT HOWARD HANCOCK May 17, 1932-Aug. 28, 2005 Kermit Howard Hancock, age 73, passed away Sunday, August 28, at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. He was born in the Powersburg community, May 17, 1932, the son of the late Blackman and Nona Upchurch Hancock. On May 10, 1972 he married Rina Kay Gregory Hancock, who survives. He is survived by two daughters four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by three brothers Hancock. He served in the Army and was retired from the Wayne County Hospital. Funeral services were held Wednesday, August 31 in the funeral home chapel with Bro. David Coy Webb officiating. Burial was in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Hoyt G.
