Two people are arrested on sealed indictments Two people were arrested on sealed indictments, as the result of an undercover drug investigation. According to the Monticello Police Department, William I. Hale, of Monticello, was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance first degree second offense and persistent felony offender first degree. Hale was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center with bond set at $50,000 cash. Sheila Hale was charged with complicity to trafficking in a controlled substance first degree and persistent felony offender second degree. She was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center with bond set at $50,000 cash. Both of the sealed indictments were the result of undercover buys made by the Monticello Police Department and the Lake Cumberland Drug Task Force. Add a comment |
