"Wall of Hope" has begun October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month and in order to increase awareness of this problem in Wayne County a "Wall of Hope" has begun at the front fence of Monticello-Wayne County Memorial Park. The Wayne County Domestic Violence Awareness Council has purchased some purple bows and placed them at the park in the gazebo to start the "Wall of Hope". Local residents are encouraged to place purple bows beside the other bows on the front fence to build the "wall" and to help raise awareness of domestic violence. Add a comment |
