Blue-White Night is Nov. 5 Monticello basketball fans will get their first taste of the new season Saturday, November 5 with the annual Blue-White Night. The evening will feature performances by the dance team, the gymnastics team, the step team, the cheerleading squad, as well as scrimmages by both the boys and girls basketball teams. There are also alumni contests as part of the full schedule of events. Things will begin at 5 p.m. and will continue until about 9:15 p.m. Following is a schedule for Blue-White Night: Gymnastics, 5-5:15; Dance Team, 5:15-5:25; Step Team, 5:25-5:35; Cheerleading Squad, 5:35-5:50; Lady Trojans Basketball Team Player Introductions and Scrimmage, 5:50-6:35; Co-Ed Hot Shot Competition, 6:35-7; Alumni 3-Point Shoot Out, 7-7:30; MHS Women's Alumni Game, 7:30-8:05; MHS Men's Alumni Game, 8:05-8:40; and MHS Trojans Basketball Team Player Introductions and Team Scrimmage, 8:40-9:15. Everyone is invited to come out to the MHS gymnasium and enjoy a celebration of the Monticello basketball tradition, as well as get the first look at the 2005-2006 basketball teams. Add a comment |
