Guffey enters guilty plea on drug related charges A Wayne County man has entered a guilty plea on drug related charges and received a 13 year sentence, according to Commonwealth Attorney Larry Rogers. Shawn Lee Guffey pled guilty to two counts of second degree trafficking in a controlled substance, during a hearing in Wayne Circuit Court on November 1. Final and formal sentencing is set for January 17. Officers from the Lake Cumberland Area Drug Task Force and UNITE investigated the case. Add a comment |
