Students to feed shut-ins Thanksgiving Day dinner

The Wayne County High School JROTC and FCA are once again teaming up to

feed the shut-ins and less fortunate on Thanksgiving Day. The students will

prepare a meal in the high school cafeteria, including turkey, dressing,

mashed potatoes, peas and dessert.

Meals may be picked up or students will be delivering meals to those who

cannot come to the high school. Last year, the students provided almost 450

meals to those in need.

If you know anyone who would benefit from a hot meal and some

Thanksgiving cheer, please contact Stephanie Robinette at the Wayne County

High School. The phone number is (606) 348-5575. The meals will be delivered

between 10 a.m. and noon on Thanksgiving Day.
