EARSEL E. UPCHURCH Feb. 23, 1918-Nov. 13, 2005 Earsel E. Upchurch, age 87, of New Castle, Ind. passed away Sunday, November 13, 2005 at her home. She was born February 23, 1918 in Monticello, Ky. the daughter of the late Elmer and Neva Tuggle Dunnington. She married Joseph Bennie Upchurch, who preceded her in death. She is survived by two daughters-Lois Yates of Sebring, Fla. and Linda Craig of Carmel, Ind.; one son-Bob Upchurch of New Castle, Ind.; one brother-Rev. George Dunnington of New Castle, Ind; one sister-Marie Cassidy of New Castle, Ind.; nine grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one daughter-Anna Louise Upchurch; six brothers-Ray, Estel, Jessie, Chester, Lloyd, and Earl Dunnington; and two sisters-Lee McCutcheon and Ora Cooper. She was a member of Westview Church of the Nazarene. Funeral services were held Thursday, November 17, 2005 at 10:30 a.m. at the Westview Church of the Nazarene with Rev. Paul Riddle and Rev. Frank Voss officiating. Burial was in South Mound Cemetery. Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in charge of arrangements. Add a comment |
