Two arrested after search Officers with the Monticello Police Department, along with the Wayne County Sheriff's Department, executed a search warrants on January 2. One was executed inside the city and the other in the county. The search warrants were the result of an investigation into a burglary which occurred in Monticello on December 31. As a result of the search warrants, Chris West, 22, and Jessica Dople, 25, both of Monticello were arrested and lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center. They were charged with receiving stolen property over $300. During the searches, officers recovered over $965 worth of property. Add a comment |
