Chamber to hold luncheon The Monticello-Wayne County Chamber of Commerce will host its monthly luncheon on Thursday, January 19 at noon at El Cazador. Laura Kamperman will be the guest speaker, and she will talk about living wills. A notary will also attend the event so anyone who wants to complete a living will can do so.
