MILDRED B. CRAIG Nov. 13, 1919-Jan. 29, 2006 Mildred B. Craig, age 86, of New Castle, Ind. passed away Saturday, January 29, 2006 at Henry County Memorial Hospital. She was born November 13, 1919 in Sunnybrook, Ky., the daughter of Elmer and Belva Hancock Bertram, who preceded her in death. She married Orion C. Hancock in 1951, who preceded her in death. She married Silas Craig in 1997, who preceded her in death. She is survived by two daughters-Peggy Bowling and Irene Davidson of New Castle, Ind.; one son-Gene Hancock of New Castle, Ind.; eleven grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one son-William Bertram Hancock; three sisters-Alva Butler, Eileen Keaton and Lucille Cook; one brother-Dean Bertram; and one grandson. Funeral services were held Wednesday, February 1, 2006 at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Charles McDonald officiating. Burial was in South Mound Cemetery.
