Lowe was apprehended by Sheriff's Department The Wayne County Sheriff's Department apprehended Robert L. Lowe, II, 30 on Saturday, June 10. Lowe was being sought in connection with a number of offenses and investigations. He was arrested with warrants relating to parole violations, theft by unlawful taking, fleeing and evading, and theft of identity. Additional investigations are continuing. Add a comment |
