Changes in voter precincts Voters in the Steubenville precinct will cast ballots in a different location in the November 7 general election. The Steubenville precinct will move to the Family Life Center at Steubenville Baptist Church, according to County Court Clerk Carol Jones. Voters in that precinct previously voted at Cumberland Green BP. Jones also noted that the absentee ballot machine, located in her office in the Courthouse, is now open. Any voters who will be out of town on Election Day may come in and use the machine during regular business hours by Monday, November 6. The deadline to request a traditional paper absentee ballot is Tuesday, October 31. The request must be in the clerk's office by the end of business that day. Add a comment |
