Trick-or-treat hours set Local trick-or-treat hours have been set for Tuesday, October 31 from 5 until 8 p.m. The hours were set by Monticello City Council during a meeting held earlier this month. In connection with Halloween, Monticello Mayor Thurston Frye has asked that local residents make an effort to stop the rash of vandalism that usually occurs on October 31. Add a comment |
