Doss arrested for trafficking in a controlled substance
A search warrant was executed at a residence on West KY 90 on June 17, resulting in the arrest of Carl Ray Doss, 62, of Monticello. Doss was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance first degree. He was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
The search was conducted by the Monticello Police Department and the Lake Cumberland Area Drug Task Force.
Another person, Steve Brown, 49, of Monticello, was also arrested and lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center, charged with possession of a controlled substance third degree.
