BEULAH MAE DICK Jan. 3, 1931-June 20, 2004 Beulah Mae Dick, age 73, passed away Sunday, June 20, 2004. She was born January 3, 1931 in the Big Sinking community of Wayne County, Ky., the daughter of the late Grover and Amanda Sweet Roberts. On October 8, 1948, she married Cecil R. Dick, who survives. She is also survived by five children-Martha Ballou, Paul, David, Phillip and Tim Dick; three sisters-Dorothy Morrow, Mary Ruth Morrow and Mildred Dick; one brother-Sidney Roberts; 12 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Preceding her in death is one daughter-Janie Karen Dick; and three brothers-Harry, Homer, and Frank Roberts. She accepted Jesus as her Savior and joined the Big Sinking Baptist Church and was a faithful member. She served as a Woman’s Sunday School teacher and a choir member. Funeral services were held Tuesday, June 22, 2004 at 10 a.m. at the Big Sinking Baptist Church with Bro. Charles Eugene Dick, Bro. Richard Morrow, and Bro. Carlie Tucker officiating. Burial was in the Roberts Cemetery. Hickey & Son Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Add a comment |
