Doss couple charged with selling Oxycontin A Wayne County couple has been charged with selling Oxycontin, according to the Monticello Police Department. On Thursday, July 1, officers with the Monticello Police Department arrested Carl Doss, 62, and his wife, Naomi Doss, 41, both of Rt. 4, Monticello, and charged each with trafficking in a controlled substance first degree. Both were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center with bond set at $100,000 cash each. The investigation leading to these arrests was conducted by the Monticello Police Department and the Lake Cumberland Area Drug Task Force. Add a comment |
