DONALD GENE SPRADLIN Feb. 16, 1953-Aug. 6, 2004 Donald Gene Spradlin, age 51, passed away Friday, August 6, 2004 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. He was born February 16, 1953 in Goshen, Ind., the son of the late Clifford and Fannie Marie Foster Spradlin. He married Deborah Roberts Spradlin on December 20, 1980, who survives. He is survived by five children-Paula Bryant, Scott, Robert and Charles Spradlin, all of Wayne Co., Ky. and Angel Vaughn of McCreary Co., Ky.; three sisters-Dianna Bell and Sharon Stigall, both of Wayne Co., Ky. and Brenda Whitehead of Kimmell, Ind.; two brothers-James Spradlin of Wayne Co., Ky. and Timothy Spradlin of Kimmell, Ind.; and seven grandchildren. Preceding him in death was two brothers-Daniel Joe and Terry Spradlin. He had accepted Christ as his Savior at an early age and united with a church in Indiana. He attended Mt. Carmel Baptist Church. Funeral services were held Monday morning, August 9, 2004 in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Kenneth Thompson and Bro. Curtis Burnett officiating. Burial was in the Dobbs Cemetery.
