JOHN A. CRAIG Mar. 12, 1928-Aug. 1, 2004 John A. Craig, age 76, of New Castle, Ind., passed away Sunday, August 1, 2004 at Americare Living Center. He was born March 12, 1928 in Albany, Ky., the son of the late John and Mary Ina Thurston Craig. He married Gatha Craig on December 6, 1963, who survives. He is survived by five step children-Donnie Tucker, Tonia Blake and Sharon Tucker, all of New Castle, Ind., Lana Tucker of Spiceland and David Tucker of Monticello, Ky.; five brothers-Kendall Craig, Randall Craig, Ronald Craig, Ralph Craig, all of New Castle, Ind. and Arnold Craig of Tucson, Ariz.; six step grandchildren; one step great-granddaughter; one step great-grandson; and several nieces and nephews. Preceding him in death was one sister-Jean Stearns; and two brothers-Dallas and Willis Craig. Funeral services were held Wednesday, August 4, 2004 in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Gene Bennett officiating. Burial was in South Mound Cemetery, West Lawn Addition. Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in charge of arrangements. Add a comment |
