ELSIE RIGNEY Nov. 20, 1920-Aug. 2, 2004 Elsie Rigney, age 83, of Monticello, Ky. passed away Monday, August 2, 2004 at Wayne County Hospital in Monticello, Ky. She was born November 20, 1920 in Monticello, Ky., the daughter of the late Herbert Raines and Audrey Crabtree Raines. She married Perry Rigney, who preceded her in death. She is survived by two children-Bobby Blevins and Barbara Koger, both of Monticello, Ky.; two sisters-Edith Fairchild and Thelma Bertram, both of Monticello, Ky.; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Preceding her in death was three siblings-Guy Raines, Ray Raines and Beecher Raines; and one grandchild. Funeral services were held Thursday, August 5, 2004 at 10 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Dennis Walker officiating. Burial was in the Stop Cemetery. Marvin S.
