CARL RAY PENTICUFF May 3, 1937-Aug. 8, 2004 Carl Ray Penticuff, age 67, of Nashville, Tenn., passed away Sunday, August 8, 2004 in Nashville, Tenn. He was born May 3, 1937, the son of the late Obie and Bessie Penticuff. He married Betty Penticuff, who survives. He is survived by three children—Jeff and Kim of Tenn., and Carla of Ky.; five siblings-Grace Daniels, Mae Dobbs, Jimmy Penticuff, all of Monticello, Ky. and Mary Piercy and Ruth Penticuff of Somerset, Ky. Funeral services were held Wednesday, August 11, 2004 at 1 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Dr. J.L. Ford and Dr. Jim Austin officiating. Burial was in Spring Hill Cemetery in Nashville, Tenn.
