THE BRANDY- MATTIE KEITH FAMILY REUNION HAS BEEN CANCELED
The Brandy-Mattie Keith Family reunion which is enjoyed each year by
families and friends the first of June has been canceled this year
due to the social gatherings guidelines placed on our state by our
Governor. Please make plans to attend the reunion next year on June
4, 5 and 6 of 2021.
COMMUNITY CARE CLINIC TO PROVIDE COVID 19 TESTING
Community Care Clinic has teamed with the Wayne County Health
Department and LCRH to provide COVID 19 testing. They plant to test
250 people per week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday in the parking
lot. Anyone may ask for a test. If you have questions, please call

ALCOHOLICS ANONYMOUS
During the Covid-19 pandemic, the Monticello Group of Alcoholics
Anonymous will be conducting it’s meetings by telephone conference
(no apps required). This is a free service and meetings will be held
on Mondays/Fridays at 7 p.m. and Sundays at 4 p.m. If you think you
have a problem with alcohol, you are welcome to attend these

LONG-TERM
CARE OMBUDSMAN PROGRAM
The Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program’s goal is to help assure that
long-term care facility residents live harmoniously with dignity,
feeling free to voice complaints or concerns without reprisal. They
are in need of volunteers to spend 6-8 hours a month visiting
assigned nursing homes to talk with residents and observe conditions.

Give Me A Reason Drug Testing is a drug prevention initiative
designed as a way for youth to avoid peer pressure and give youth a
reason to say ‘“no” to drugs. When confronted with drugs, the
initiative provides youth an opportunity to say “I can’t” use drugs,
my parents drug test me. The free saliva based test can be picked up
