SOMERSET - Wayne County High School junior golfer Gage Gregory fired a one-under par round of 70 to win individual honors in the Somerset High School Invitational at Eagle's Nest Country Club on Saturday.
Gregory outdistanced a large field which included prep golfers from Bowling Green, South Warren, Glasgow, Greenwood, Somerset and Pulaski County.
Gage Gregory placed ninth in the 2019 regional tournament and was part of the Cardinals' regional championship team.
Wayne County junior Gehrig Sexton fired a 77 and Saturday and Cade Foster posted a score of 105.
Somerset High School senior Kannon Tucker finished runner-up to Gregory with a round of 73.
