EVALEE SEXTON RIDDLE

Dec. 3, 1929-April 20, 2009

Evalee Sexton Riddle, age 79, passed away Monday, April 20, 2009 at St.

Mary's Hospital in Oneida, Tenn.

She was born December 3, 1929 in the Delta Community, the daughter of

Sherman and Myrtie Hammond Sexton.

On January 19, 1952 she united in marriage with Everett H. Riddle, who

preceded her in death.

To this union three children survive-Sue Riddle, Earlene Foster and

Roger Riddle, all of Monticello, Ky.; six grandchildren-Jason Riddle,

Delilah Hill, Rebecca Stockton, Shane Foster, Shannon Jones, and Melissa

Hancock; 11 great-grandchildren; and one sister-Gladys Tucker.

She was preceded in death by her siblings-Gertie Hammond, Martha Godsey,

Alvin, Dewey, Jim, Obie, and Willie Sexton.

Mrs. Riddle had accepted Christ as her Savior and was a member of the

Keens Chapel United Methodist Church.

Funeral services were held Thursday, April 23, 2009 in the funeral home

chapel with Bro. David Frost officiating. Burial followed in the Elk Spring

Cemetery.

Hickey and Son Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
