EDNA MAE ALEXANDER

Edna Mae Alexander, age 69, passed away August 7, 2009 at her home surrounded by her family.

She was born December 20, 1939 in Monticello, Ky., the daughter of the late Victoria Jones Lowe and Claude Lewis. She was raised by Jane (Jones) Gregory.

She is survived by one daugher-Sandra (Richardson) and Richard Trautmann of Knightstown; grandchildren-Joshua and Diana Trautmann of Knightstown; two sisters-Anna (Carrender) Gann and Wanda (Lowe) Laney; and one brother-Tony Lowe.

She was preceded in death by one son-Tommy Alexander; one brother-Bruce Jones; and one sister-Barbara Lewis.

Graveside services were held Thursday, August 13, 2009 at 10 a.m. at Elk Spring Cemetery in Monticello, Ky.

Memorial contributions, in her name may be made to Hancock Regional Hospice, 1560 B State St. Greenfield, Ind. 46140.

Hickey and Son Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
