    Joyce Dobbs Kennedy, age 60, was born in Somerset, Ky. on October 25, 1949, the daughter of the late Ralph and Elsie Steele Dobbs. She departed this life, Saturday, April 24, 2010 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.

    She is preceded in death by her husband-Joe Kennedy, Jr., who passed away December 3, 2005.

    Surviving is her daughter-Debbie Baker of Monticello, with many other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.

    Joyce was preceded in death by her infant siblings, Curtis Eugene and Elizabeth Elaine Dobbs.

    As a young lady, Joyce accepted Christ as her Savior and united with the Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church and was a member of the Little Community Baptist Church at the time of her passing.

    Funeral services were held Wednesday, April 28, 2010 in the funeral home chapel with Bro. David Forst and Bro. Mike Smedly officiating. Burial was in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
