10-6-10 — Died-Sept. 22, 2010

    Patricia Louise New, age 69, entered into heaven, Wednesday, September 22, 2010 at her home following a lengthy illness.

    She was a loving wife, mother, sister and grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She will be loved and missed by all.

    She enjoyed reading and studying the Bible, listening to inspirational music, and praying for everyone. She loved gardening, reading, spending time with friends and family and she had compassion for animals.

    She was a homemaker, licensed nurse, and contributed to the Liberty Baptist Church in Kidder, Ky.

    She was preceded in death by, "G.G." Elizabeth McCarron; her parents-Betty and Gilbert Wilson; children-Beth Ann and Kim Rachel.

    She is survived by her loving husband of 35 years-Starlin Willard New, of Monticello, Ky. daughter-Wendy Tucker and husband Kevin, of Monticello, Ky.; son-Douglas New, of Monticello, Ky.; daughter-Kathy Hammond and husband Steve, of Stow, Ohio; Son-Willard New and wife Connie, of La Grange, Ohio; daughter-Gerry Rodriguez and husband Frank, of Louisville, Ky.; daughter-Patricia Duesnberry and husband John, of Lorain, Ohio.; 14 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren and sister-Gilrene Miles of North Carolina.

    Graveside services were held at 5 p.m. on September 23, 2010 at the Jane Keith Cemetery with Reverend Regial New officiating.

    Contributions can be made to the Hospice Center of Monticello, Ky. or the Lifeline of Monticello, Ky.
