STEVE PARMLEY

May 10, 1961-Jan. 3, 2010

Steve Parmley, age 48, of Bowling Green, Ky., passed away Sunday, January 3, 2010 at The Medical Center in Bowling Green, Ky.

He was born May 10, 1961 in Monticello, Ky., the son of Olen and Mary

(Upchurch) Parmley.

He married Kathy Correll, who survives.

Steve and Kathy traveled to Ukraine in 2001 and adopted their 3 children-Ivan, Anya, and Kalyssa Parmley.

He was saved at an early age, baptized and joined the Parnell Baptist Church and later moved his membership to the Living Hope Baptist Church in Bowling Green, Ky.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, January 6, 2010 at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Scott Kilgore, Bro. Jason Pettus, and Bro.

Chad Fugitt officiating. Burial followed in the Elk Spring Cemetery.

Marvin S. Hicks Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.
