Joyce Cooper, age 65, of Indianapolis, Ind. passed away Saturday, June 5, 2010 at her home.
She was born June 6, 1944 in Monticello, Ky. The daughter of the late Claude and Verda (Smith) Edwards.
She is survived by her husband-James Cooper; her son-Michael (Heather) Cooper; two sisters-Doris Jones and Mary Sue Bradley; four grandchildren-Kyle, Matthew, Marissa, and Julianne Cooper.
She was preceded in death by one sister-Alice Yencer.
Graveside services and burial were held Wednesday, June 9, 2010 at 11 a.m. at the Elk Spring Cemetery with Bro. Koger Ramsey officiating.
Marvin S. Hicks Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
