JOYCE LOWE STEPHENSON

Joyce Lowe Stephenson, age 82, passed away Wednesday, November 25, 2009 at the Livingston Regional Hospital in Livingston, Tenn.

She was born March 27, 1927 in Wayne County, the daughter of the late S.L. "Dutch" Lowe and Dora Simpson Lowe.

She united in marriage with Earl Conley Stephenson, who passed away October 22, 1984.

To this union two sons survive-Blaine Stephenson of Monticello and Jerry Stephenson of Frankfort, Ky.; four grandchildren-Tammy Adams, Michael, Troy and Todd Stephenson; seven great-grandchildren-Sierra, Savannah, Zyler, Dale, Jessica, Shanna and Madison.

She was preceded in death by her siblings-Mossie Gregory, Jiles, Ollie, Eugene, John and Clarence Jerome Lowe.

She was the last survivor of the Dutch Lowe family.

Funeral services were held Saturday, November 28, 2009 in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Bill Dick officiating. Burial followed in the Alexander Cemetery.
