LCCAA Garden Program is delayed
The Garden Program at Lake Cumberland Community Action Agencies,
including Monticello, has been delayed until further notice due to
the coronavirus. The agency is not able to accommodate large crowds
and maintain social distancing.
They do plan to have some type of garden program later in the
season, when restrictions are lifted.
Feeding America will distribute food April 30
Feeding American, in partnership with Mt. Pleasant Fellowship/Dove
Outreach, will distribute food to Wayne County residents on Thursday,
April 30 from 9 a.m. until 12 noon.
Anybody who wants to participate can stop by and pick up food in the parking lot by the Wayne County High School football field.
