The Wayne County Grand Jury met on Tuesday, October 15 and returned indictments against 15 people.

    Following are those who were indicted.
    • Edwin R. Barnstead was indicted for possession of a controlled 
substance first degree, disregarding a stop sign and no operators 
license.
    • Jason Bell was indicted for third degree assault and resisting 
arrest.
    • Jamie A. Burke was indicted for trafficking in a controlled 
substance first degree, trafficking in a controlled substance second 
degree, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a 
burglar's tools.
    • Ricky D. Daniels was indicted for fleeing or evading police first 
degree, disregarding a stop sign, fleeing or evading police second 
degree, failure to or improper signal, operating on a suspended or 
revoked license and persistent felony offender first degree.
    • Bobby Fulton was indicted for possession of a controlled substance 
first degree, rear license not illuminated, excessive window tinting, 
failure to produce insurance card, no registration receipt and 
driving on a D.U.I. suspended license.
    • Sherry Jeffers was indicted for receiving stolen property over 
$500 and theft by deception under $500. Jeffers also indicted for 
burglary second degree and harassment.
    • Estil Keith was indicted for failure to comply with sex offender 
registry.
    • Tarisha McGinnis was indicted for trafficking in a controlled 
substance first degree, trafficking in a controlled substance second 
degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.
    • Printis J. McWhorter was indicted for possession of a controlled 
substance first degree and tampering with physical evidence.
    • Eric Meece was indicted for possession of a controlled substance 
first degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.
    • Eric L. West was indicted for possession of a controlled substance 
first degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.
    • Jesse E. Mason and Whitney M. Lee were indicted for burglary third 
degree and theft by unlawful taking over $500.
    • Daniel Riddle and Jeffrey Webb were indicted for arson first 
degree, 11 counts of wanton endangerment first degree and persistent 
felony offender first degree.
    Readers are reminded that grand jury indictments do not indicate 
guilt, only that further court action is necessary in a case. 
Indictments are public record and are filed in the Wayne Circuit Clerk's Office.
