The Wayne County Grand Jury met on Monday, December 16 and returned indictments against 14 people.
    Following are indictments that were returned.
    • Chelsie Marshall was indicted for criminal possession of a forged 
instrument second degree and theft by deception.
    • Trevon Barcus was indicted for flagrant non-support.
    • Mindy Guffey was indicted for four counts of fraudulent use of a 
credit card over $100.
    • Kyle Guffey was indicted for strangulation first degree and 
persistent felony offender first degree.
    • Terena Hagan was indicted for two counts of possession of a 
controlled substance first degree, possession of drug paraphernalia, 
tampering with physical evidence and persistent felony offender first 
degree.
    • Casey Allen Coyle was indicted for burglary third degree, theft by 
unlawful taking over $500 and persistent felony offender second degree.
    • Bobby Fulton was indicted for receiving stolen property over $500, 
possession of marijuana and improper registration plates.
    • Joseph B. Bryant and Pamela D. Dishman were indicted for 
possession of a controlled substance first degree, possession of 
marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bryant was also 
indicted for two counts of possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
 
    • Jordan Shokooh and Sherry Jeffers were indicted for trafficking in 
a controlled substance first degree, possession of marijuana and 
possession of drug paraphernalia.
    • Jimmy Hurt was indicted for possession of a controlled substance 
first degree, possession of a controlled substance second degree and 
possession of drug paraphernalia.
    • Mary Kessler and Shane Savage were indicted for possession of a 
controlled substance first degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.
    Readers are reminded that indictments do not indicate guilt, only 
that further court action is necessary.
    Indictments are public record and are filed in the Wayne Circuit Clerk's Office.
